Corporate Customers
If you are interested in your company or institution becoming a corporate customer, here is the information for you.
Our shop is focused on private single customers. Yet, we are also prepared to process and deliver bigger volumes. The following alternatives are offered:
Alternative 1: Your company becomes a ciando customer enabling your employees to download eBooks on account.
We would only be too pleased to set up the corresponding customer account. The procedure is the following:
Step 1) Inform us via e-mail or telephone (+49 89 28 78 73 98) which eBooks you want to order and let us know your contact details.
Step 2) As soon as we receive your order, the acces data for your account will be sent. Your eBooks will then be immediately ready for download - for you and your epmployess.
Step 3) You reveive an invoice for the eBooks you bought. If you want to order further eBooks later on, it is sufficient to send an e-mail or give us a telephone call.
Alternative 2: You acquire eBooks at www.ciando.com, that can be accessed by several users through the intranet of your company/ institution.
We will be glad to supply you with eBooks for your corporate intranet or similarly closed usergroup. The procedure is as follows:
Step 1) Use our shop to select the eBook titles that you would like to use within your intranet.
Step 2) Get in touch with us via e-mail or telephone (+49 89 28 78 73 98), and let us know the requested eBook titles, the amount of workstation licenses/ size of the usergroup.
Step 3) We provide you with a proposal as soon as possible.
Step 4) After receiving your order the requested eBooks will be sent by e-mail or posted on CD-ROM - password-encrypted and authorized for your closed usergroup.
